These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PersonalizedProject (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
**1. Account Registration**
1.1. To use PersonalizedProject, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
**2. Listings and Projects**
2.1. PersonalizedProject offers both free and pay-per-post listing options for makers. Paid listings may be subject to additional terms.
2.2. Clients can post requests for custom projects to be made by registered makers on the Platform.
2.3. Makers may access a multivendor marketplace on the Platform, and a commission from sales may be collected by the Company.
**3. User Responsibilities**
3.1. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You will not engage in any activities that harm, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform, its users, or its services.
3.3. Any content you post on the Platform must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
**4. Payments and Fees**
4.1. Payment processing may be facilitated by third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with their terms and conditions when making payments through the Platform.
4.2. We may charge fees for certain services, listings, or transactions, and you agree to pay such fees as specified.

5.1. Makers utilizing the multivendor marketplace may be subject to commission fees equal to 2% of total purchased price, including shipping and tax, on sales.

6.1. Makers retain ownership of the content they post on the Platform. By posting content, makers grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display their content in connection with the Platform’s services.
6.2. You agree not to use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without proper authorization.

Welcome to PersonalizedProject Market, a multivendor marketplace connecting buyers with unique and customized products and services from small and low-volume makers. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PersonalizedProject Market, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the marketplace.
Please read these Terms carefully before using PersonalizedProject Market. By accessing or using the marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use PersonalizedProject Market.
1. General Terms
1.1. Acceptance: By accessing or using PersonalizedProject Market, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2.1. Vendor Agreement: If you are a vendor on PersonalizedProject Market, you agree to be bound by the Vendor Agreement, which includes terms regarding product listings, fees, and commissions. The Vendor Agreement is provided below:

By becoming a vendor on PersonalizedProject Market, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commission/Transaction Fee: PersonalizedProject Market shall collect a commission of 6.1% + $0.50 on GROSS sales per transaction. Shipping cost and tax is not included in the commission.
Product Listings: Vendors are responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and complete product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images.
Inventory Management: Vendors must ensure that their product listings reflect accurate inventory levels, and they are responsible for promptly removing listings for products or services that are no longer available.
Order Fulfillment: Vendors agree to fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms specified in their product listings. See section 3.4 Shipping below for specifics about the global shipping policy.
Customer Service: Vendors shall provide efficient and responsive customer service to address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional manner. Vendors agree to global rules and policies by selling on PersonalizedProject Market
Compliance with Laws: Vendors shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the sale of their products or services.
3. Marketplace Usage
3.1. Buying and Selling: PersonalizedProject Market is a platform that allows vendors to list and sell products and services, and customers to browse, purchase, and provide reviews. Buyers and sellers are responsible for all interactions, transactions, and content related to their listings.
3.2. Content Guidelines: Users must not upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these guidelines.
3.3. Intellectual Property: Vendors must ensure they have the necessary rights to list and sell products or services on the marketplace. PersonalizedProject Market respects intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged infringement.
3.4 Vendor Shipping Policy: PersonalizedProject Market strongly recommends all vendors to completely read the shipping tutorials available to set up their shipping accounts. The vendor shipping policy is provided below.

In the case of errors in shipping cost calculations, where the calculated shipping cost is lower than the actual shipping expense, vendors are responsible for purchasing the whole and complete shipping label and providing tracking information (via shipping carrier or 3rd party) independent of PersonalizedProject Market). This applies to all products listed on the PersonalizedProject platform. We encourage vendors to double-check their shipping cost calculations to ensure accuracy. Any discrepancies should be promptly addressed to avoid any inconvenience to the clients and maintain the integrity of our platform.
